How Dispatch works.
Work the three-step queue and see what each plan unlocks.
01 · Find Leads
Enter a business type, optionally narrow it down with the results filter (new businesses, highly rated, or open now), and search by city/area or a zip code — Find Leads runs on a built-in connection with no setup needed. Results with both a phone number and a website can be sent straight into the Cold Calling queue.
02 · Cold Calling
Leads carried over from Find Leads sit in a call queue. Confirm consent, then hit Dial All — this browser tab becomes a softphone and rings each lead in turn through Twilio, so you talk to them yourself, live. It waits for one call to actually end before dialing the next. Right in that same row, jot down who you spoke to (name, email) and pick a date and time, then hit Book — Dispatch creates a Google Calendar event with a Meet link and emails the invite straight to them. Only call people who've already agreed to it. Needs a Twilio account connected on Integrations for calling, and Google Calendar connected for booking. Recording playback is on the paid plans.
03 · Booked Appointments
Every meeting you book from Cold Calling shows up here, with a Join link. Hit Refresh to check for anything new. Available on every plan.
04 · Monthly limits by plan
Every search, call, and appointment refresh counts as one action, and one search returns up to 20 businesses. Free gets 10 actions a month, Starter 400, Pro 1,200 and Agency 4,000 — the counter resets on the 1st. See Pricing for what each plan includes.
